The Engine Protection Device Test Panel Model S-EPD has been made out of heavy gauge steel sheet into a box shape along with stand and back plate. The front panel has been designed as per specifications and various arrangement for testing the EPD including testing at low water and crank case pressure have been provided. In addition ,the test panel has been provided with two toggle clamps for clamping the EPD and two no. Squeezing Clamps for making the following connections at the EPD Port :-

1. Connection to the Water Inlet Port

2. Connection to the Water Discharge Port

3. Connection to the Air Port

4. Connection to the Oil Port

Test to be conducted on the Test Stand

1.Leak Test

2.Low Water Test

3.Crankcase Pressure Test
