The Test Stand model E-2 is one of the most advanced machines for the calibration of ALCO 251 B&D Pumps and have got digital display of Fuel Delivery values. Model E-2P is further advance model with the Rack Setting controlled automatically for addition/removal of the shims for calibration of the F.I.Ps.

The Test Stands Models E-1 & E-Mask, have been specially designed for testing of Single Cylinder Fuel Injection Pumps of ALCO 251 B&D and Mak Diesel Locomotive and other Industrial Engines with the traditional delivery measurement system with precision "Glass Jars". The place of work allows to the operator a simple access to all controls and precision instruments mounted on the test stand.

We wish to point out that all the test stands manufactured by us, are sturdy and robust besides being energy savers, fulfill every particular test condition; being adequately powered and stable.

Digital Tachometer with Stroke Counter, 4 digit display, 9999 rpm, Least Count and from 100-1200 stroke counting with a step of 100.
Glass Jar 500 cc.
Tank Capacity 30 ltrs. with baffled plates, oil level indicator, filter & strainer, etc.
Digital Oil Temperature Indicator cum Controller 0 - 99oC with least count 0.1oC and setting of Coarse and Fine mode with display of set point at any time, with 2 KW electric heater.
Separate Electric Motor 1/2 hp for feed pump with fuel supply of 0 - 3 kg/cm2.
Valve for the regulation of pressure and fittings for the pumps under test.
Ampere meter 0 to 25 Amps. with Least Count of 1 Amp, indicating Pump Load.
Pressure Gauge: Combined gauge 0 - 75 cm Hg and 0 - 200 psi (0 - 14 kg/cm2) for fuel supply and vacuum.
Measuring Stand, fitted with Accumulator, Surge tank with relief valve, solenoid and final oil delivery block.
Cam box fitted with bearings, roller and lifting mechanism with cam suitable for ALCO 251 B & 251 D or Mak Locomotive or any other Industrial Engines with rack setting device.
