The Test Stand Model E-GE are one of the most advanced machines for the calibration of GE Locomotives Pumps and have got digital display of Fuel Delivery Values. Model E-GE is digital model fitted with flowmeter and digital flow totalizer for digital display of calibration values.

MAIN TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

        A.C. Variable Sped drive for step less speed variation of the spindle.

        AC Motor 7.5 HP.

        Digital Tachometer with Stroke Counter 4 Digit, 9999 RPM, least count of 1 RPM and from 100-1200 stroke counting with a step of 100.

        Flowmeter with Digital Totalizer for Model E-GE

        Tank Capacity of 50 liters with oil level indicator, filters & strainers, etc.

        Digital Oil Temperature Indicator cum Controller 0-99C with least count of 1^oC and setting Coarse and fine mode with display of set point at any time with 2 KW electric heater. Cooling System Optional.

        Separate Electric Motor 0.5/0.75HP for feed pump with fuel supply of 0-5 kg/cm². for the pumps under test.

        Pressure Gauge 0-7Bar.

        Cam Box fitted with lifting mechanism with cam suitable for GE Pumps

        Power Supply AC 440/415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50Hz.
